Fits 2019+ L84 Engines Only. Will NOT work with L83, L82 or L8B Engines.

- GM MLS Exhaust Manifold Gasket Pair - 12657093
Please note: It will also be necessary to install a non-DFM camshaft and have the DFM system programmed off in your vehicle's computer.
