The Sloppy Stage 2 Camshaft is a fairly aggressive profile. It will have a nice choppy Idle and make tons of power all while keeping costs low. This cam is a great choice for those daily drivers that like an aggressive idle sound and don't mind trading some low RPM power for big gains thought he middle and upper RPM range. Great for Cars, Trucks, SUV's, Street Rods, and LS Swaps. This camshaft has been proven to work well in naturally aspirated, turbocharged, supercharged and nitrous applications. Automatic's will perform best with a 2,800+rpm stall torque converter.

- Camshaft Only: Elgin 1840-P Sloppy Stage 2 Camshaft by itself.
- Camshaft with Dual Springs and Pushrods: Elgin 1840-P SS2 Camshaft, plus Michigan Motorsports .645" Dual Spring Kit with Steel retainers, valve seals, and 7.400" length Chromoly 5/16" Pushrods.
- Gasket Kit Option: Includes timing cover gasket, water pump gaskets, front crankshaft damper seal, and crankshaft bolt.
Please Note:
- VVT engines will require a VVT delete kit.
- If installing in an engine originally equipped with a 1-bolt camshaft, a 3-bolt conversion kit will be required.
- DOD/AFM engines will require a DOD delete to install an aftermarket camshaft.
