Texas Speed's Stage 1 camshaft represents the smallest camshaft currently available from TSP for the LS3-based engines. The Stage 1 is designed to make more power than the stock LS3 camshaft, even in the lower RPM band! This camshaft is a perfect option for customers wanting a very streetable setup that has a slight lope at idle. It is the largest cam we would recommend for anyone running the factory torque converter in auto-equipped vehicles, and it is also an excellent choice for manual-equipped cars wanting maximum streetability. Despite the mild specs, this camshaft has shown gains of 65hp at the flywheel during dyno testing! This cam is designed for 6.0L/6.2L engines using rectangle port cylinder heads.
Texas Speed's line of LS3 camshafts are the result of their latest round of engine dyno camshaft development using a state-of-the-art Superflow 902 engine dyno. Using a brand new LS3 crate engine, they started from scratch to build the most powerful LS3 camshafts available in the country. Texas Speed continues to test and develop new designs to make sure that their customers have the BEST camshafts available!

- Camshaft Only: Texas Speed LS3 Stage 1 Camshaft by itself.
- Camshaft, Spring Kit with Titanium Retainers and Pushrods: Includes the TSP LS3 Stage 1 Camshaft, Dual .660" Polished PAC Springs, Titanium Retainers, Valve Seals with Integrated Spring Seat, and 7.400" long 5/16" diameter Chromoly Pushrods.
- Gasket Kit Option: Includes Timing Cover Gasket, Water Pump Gaskets, Damper Seal, and Crankshaft Damper Bolt.
Please note:
- DOD/AFM equipped engines will require a DOD/AFM delete.
- VVT engines will require a VVT delete kit.
- Engines originally equipped with a single bolt camshaft will require a 3-bolt conversion kit.
