Michigan Motorsports LS Rocker Arm Trunnion Upgrade Kit
Used on all LS style rocker arms including the following: LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, L99, LS4, LS9, LSA, LQ4, LQ9, L76, L92, LR4, LM7, L59, LM4, L33, L98, L77, LY6, LFA, LZ1, LY2, L20, LMF, LH6, LY5, LMG, LC9, LH8, LS4, 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L, 6.2L.
NOTE: LS7 7.0 should order part number MM 55200.
These LS Series retrofit trunnion kits are designed to convert stock LS Series rocker arms into captured roller bearing rocker arms. The factory bearings are a known failure on the LS Engines. When they fail, they send small bearings through the entire engine. The upgraded trunnions use a captured roller bearing allowing for a reliable smooth rotation. The upgraded trunnions also give more stability at higher RPM. We use these trunnion kits in anything from stock 4.8's all the way up to 1,000+hp turbo motors. The stock factory LS rocker arms are very strong and very light. Once you upgrade the bearings and trunnions the rocker arms handle similar to very expensive roller rocker arms (at a fraction of the cost). These are a must have for anyone installing an aftermarket Cam, Supercharger, Turbo or Nitrous. Need multiple sets? Inquire about buying in bulk at a discount.
The kit includes the rocker arm trunnions, rocker arm bearings, and rocker arm retaining rings and upgraded bolts for a complete installation. The bolts we supply are slightly shorter than factory bolts, so they do not protrude into the intake ports. Bolts are stronger than a grade 8 bolt with a minimum tensile strength of 170,000 psi.

- 16 rocker arm trunnions
- 32 rocker arm bearings
- 33 rocker arm retaining rings
- 16 upgraded bolts
- 2 washers for pressing bearings
Installation is fairly simple with the use of a press or a simple vise along with basic hand tools. Instructions are included to aid in the installation.
